The Invocation of the Archangels
Face East and say this sacred spiritual invocation in the morning as soon as you awake. Also, say it when you are in fear and/or in need of extra protection.
"By the grace of God, I invoke the protection of the Archangels.
Archangel Michael, I invoke thee... stand at my right side...
Archangel Uriel, I invoke thee... stand at my left side...
Archangel Raphael, I invoke thee... stand before me...
Archangel Gabriel, I invoke thee... stand behind me...
Thank you."

Grounding & Protection
Always ground and protect your energy before you start your day. You may visualize a grounding cord emerging from your root chakra, going deeply into the Earth.
"God, thank you for blessing me with this day... I ask that you surround me in a beautiful, translucent golden bubble of protection that is bathed in the divine white light of your Holy Spirit..."
The Blue Waterfall of God's Love
This spiritual cleansing method is done in the shower. Make the water as hot as you can tolerate. Stand under the spray and say the following phrase 2 or 3 times, visualizing all negativity washing away.
"I am standing under the blue waterfall of God's love and protection; washing away all negativity from within and without."
God's Golden Bubble of Protection
When you are afraid, nervous, or experiencing dark energy attacks, this can help quickly. Visualize a beautiful, gleaming gold bubble of God's love and protection surrounding you. Then imagine bigger bubbles around your bed, your room, your home, your vehicle, and finally your property.
Brief Prayer of Protection
This is one of my favorite angelic protection methods. Say it before sleeping:
"Angels surround me, angels protect me and those I love and care about."
